My account has been locked. How do I unlock it?

Account locks can happen after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure, or as a result of a suspicious activity flag. Contact the buenas ph apk support team at support@buenasphapk.net with your username and registered mobile number. The team will verify your identity and advise on next steps for restoring access.

I changed my SIM card and can no longer receive OTPs. What now?

Your registered Philippine mobile number is tied to your account for OTP verification. If you've changed your number and can no longer receive OTPs on the original number, contact support at support@buenasphapk.net before you lose access to the old number if possible. The team will walk you through the identity verification process required to update your registered mobile number.

Account Security

How buenas ph apk Keeps Your Account Safe

Every login session on buenas ph apk is protected by multiple layers of security. Whether you're accessing your account from Manila, Cebu, Davao, or anywhere else in the Philippines, the platform keeps your data and balance secure at all times.

SSL encryption on every session. All data exchanged between your device and the buenas ph apk servers is encrypted. Your login credentials are never transmitted in plain text.
OTP verification for sensitive actions. Unusual login attempts or sensitive account changes trigger an OTP to your registered Philippine mobile number, adding a second layer of protection beyond your password.
KYC before withdrawals. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. This ensures that account funds can only be withdrawn by the verified account owner.
Session timeout protection. Inactive sessions are automatically ended after a set period to reduce the risk of unauthorised access on shared or unattended devices.
Encrypted password storage. Your password is stored as a hashed value on our servers — it is never stored in plain text and is never visible to buenas ph apk staff.

Protecting Your Own Account

Security works both ways. The platform does its part — and you can do yours by following these straightforward habits that most experienced online players already use.

Use a unique password for buenas ph apk. Don't reuse passwords from other accounts or services. A strong, unique password is your first line of defence.
Never share your credentials. Your username, password, and OTP codes are for your use only. Do not share them with anyone — not even people claiming to be platform support.
Log out on shared devices. If you access your account from a shared phone, tablet, or computer, always log out after your session — don't rely on browser or app auto-logout.
Keep your registered mobile number active. Your Philippine mobile number is tied to OTP verification. If your number changes, update it through your account settings or by contacting support before you lose access to that number.
Access buenas ph apk only from trusted devices and networks. Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi or shared devices where your credentials could be intercepted or saved without your knowledge.

If you ever suspect that someone else has accessed your account, contact support at [email protected] immediately. Our team can place a hold on your account while the issue is investigated.
